Start your question with "Is," "Who," or "When" and you'll end up with a very short answer. (Try it!)
Start your question with "What," "How," or "Why." and you'll find yourself speculating about all sorts of interesting possible answers. This is a better approach to a research project.
Developing your question

Brainstorming
Another way to see relationships between subject terms is with the Concept Map in CREDO Reference. Enter your keyword in the CREDO search field, select the Concept Map tab, and wait just a moment. Related subjects will appear; mousing over the various "nodes" will show entries from various encyclopedia and specialty reference books on your topic.
Great way to get started if you're looking for ideas.
